This procedure is performed before treatment. The guests must fill out consultation form assisted by spa personnel. The guest’s date of birth will determine their body chakra while guest’s body type will determine the body elements. Spa personnel will suggest treatments and spa products according to the guest’s body type.
Guest should arrive at the spa lobby 15 min before treatment time for a consultation session.

The act of washing the feet is seen as a symbol of respect, cleansing, grounding and connecting to the earth.
A footbath ritual is given before spa treatment. Footbath water comes from springs. The sound and vibration from the singing bowl will produce spring water with powerful cleansing energy.
Fresh & Natural
This water blessing ritual aims to keep the body, mind and heart free from negative energy and open to receive divine blessings.
Various flowers are mixed into spring water and given to clients after the spa treatment.
The clients can use the water to cleans their hands, face and hair.
